A1. About 2 hours.
The amount of time depends slightly on the ocean conditions as well as the customers' schedules.

A2 .Please bring your swimsuit and a change of clothes.
We have wetsuits available, but please bring sunscreen if you need it.

A3. No problem!
We have wetsuits and life jackets, along with everything else you need to have a good time. If you are still worried, you can get a float from your guide and enjoy the water.

A4. We have prescription masks.
Please let us know when you make your reservation. You can use soft contact lenses as normal.

A5.Snorkeling: 3-60 years, kayaking: 2-60 years, SUP: 9-60 years, SEABOB: 15-60 years
However, healthy people over 60 may still participate. Please consult with us about this.

A6.It's rather comfortable.
We have both summer and winter wetsuits. The Okinawan ocean temperature is above 20℃ even during the middle of winter. However, is cold after getting out of the water during the winter, so please bring warm clothes with you.
We have wetsuit sizes from 110-190cm.

A7. We accept same-day reservations.
You may make a same-day reservation if you call and we have availability. However, sometimes there are not openings on weekends or during our busy season, so we recommend making a reservation as soon as possible.

A8. We are enrolled in liability insurance and domestic travel accident insurance.
Marine sports can be dangerous, which is why we have liability and domestic travel accident insurance. If an accident should happen during a tour, we will work within our insurance coverage, however we are unable to provide more. We kindly ask for your understanding.

A9.There is a 100% cancellation fee when cancelling on the same day. We kindly ask for your cooperation.
